'Rhett', is the 1st sable retained here at Deerod for almost 10 years. At his 1st show he was awarded Best Baby Puppy in Group under breed enthusiast Mrs June Weston (ACT), he followed this up with Best Baby Puppy in Group at his 2nd show the next day.

Pictured here at 17 months old (out of coat), in limited showing he is a multi 'Best in Group' & multi 'in show' winner. At just 8 months old 'Rhett' won his first CC under breed specialist Mrs Anne Collyer of the famous Kimbush Kennels in hot competition, continuing on that day to win Minor Puppy in Show All Breeds.

In the months following his 1st CC he has become a Multi Best in Group & Multi Runner Up Best in Group winner and has accumulated almost 200 points before qualifying for his Championship, not to mention the dozen 'in show' awards he achieved along the way.

In fine style 'Rhett' has continued on to gain his GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP at just 3 years old and is a regular feature at General Specials winning multiple Best in Show and multiple Runner Up Best in Show awards.

'Rhett' is also now the sire of 15 champions, several are Best in Show winners and 'Multi In Show' winning champions.

Bred from the best of bloodlines, evidenced by 3 of his grandparents have achieved 'ROMA' status with 1 grandsire being Aust Grand Ch Deerod Give Me The Night 'ROMA' still the only 5th generation tail male 'ROMA'.

 'Rhett' is yet another of outstanding temperament & type here at Deerod & like his sire & dam has been eye checked CEA unaffected and has also tested genetically clear of MDR1, VWD III and DM.
